Inside on a warm afternoon – Thursday, 5/7/20. That’s Leah sleeping in the litter pan area. Gigi’s taking center stage.

Gigi and Blue on back porch – Friday am. Gigi used to be the smallest puppy – not anymore!

Friday was 96F, so the puppies stayed inside for most of the day. From lower left corner going clockwise – Leah, Leo?, Pink (top right corner), Blue?, Mona and Gigi in middle. 5/8/20.

Late lunch on Friday, 5/8/20. From F to B – Leah, Leo, Pink, Gigi, Mona, Blue.

5/9/20 – I was up earlier than usual on Saturday, so puppies got to play in the sprinklers and run on the wet grass (which they have done several times before).

Then it was their third road trip (first without Mom) down to the Symon’s in Morgan Hill, for their second time there. It was still warm (although about 10F cooler than Friday), so they still didn’t want to do much more than sleep in the shade. They did get to meet both of Dick’s Tervs, and we actually let them interact with Yetti. I put them in the wading pool, which was filled a little deeper – to about 5-6″ deep. Dick evaluated both the boys for conformation, although we couldn’t really get them gaiting. Dick held all the puppies so I could do the nails on the front feet, using the grinder (on low speed). I just did a tiny bit as an introduction (they’d already gotten used to the noise of the grinder).
